How it works

Pay for the first one
You pay for the first delivery at the regular price by card via EveryPay. Your card is stored securely in the EveryPay system for the following months.
Every month – automatically
5 days before each payment we send you a reminder. On the day, we charge the amount and ship your filters.
The longer, the cheaper
The second delivery is 15 % cheaper with free delivery, and from the third it’s 20 % cheaper. You can skip, pause or cancel any time.

About the subscription
When is my card charged?
The first time – when you order (regular price). After that – every month on the same day, with the discount. 5 days before each payment we send you a reminder with the amount and scents.
How does the discount grow?
The first delivery is at the regular price. The second delivery gets a 15 % discount and free delivery in Lithuania, and from the third – a 20 % discount. Skipped or paused months don’t count, but they don’t cancel your discount either.
Can I skip a month or pause?
Yes. In our emails you’ll find a link to your subscription management page – there you can skip the next delivery, pause or resume your subscription with one click. No login needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any time – choose “Cancel subscription” on the management page or email info@vitaminata.lt. There is no commitment or cancellation fee, and your card details are deleted.
Can I change the scents or the number of filters?
Yes, any time before the next payment date. Changes will apply to the next delivery.
Are my card details safe?
We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by the licensed payment institution EveryPay; for the following months it keeps only a secure card code (token) that only our shop can use.
What if a payment fails?
We will send you an email with a link to pay with another card – it will be saved for the following months. If the order remains unpaid until the next month, we will pause the subscription – there are no extra fees.
Can I return the filters?
Yes, you can return each delivery within 14 days of receiving it, just like a regular purchase. See the terms of purchase for details.
