How to install a shower filter?
It’s very simple – just three steps. No tools and no plumber: the Vitaminata shower filter is installed in under 5 minutes.
Installation
Chooseyour method
Unscrew the hose
Unscrew and remove the shower hose nut at the bottom of the mixer tap.
Screw on the filter
Screw the VITAMINATA shower filter onto the bottom of the mixer tap.
Connect the hose
Connect the shower hose to the installed filter. Tighten it well so that no water leaks.
Unscrew the shower head
Unscrew the shower head from the hose.
Screw in the filter
Screw the filter in between the shower head and the hose – as shown in the photo.
Tighten
Connect the shower hose to the VITAMINATA filter. Tighten it well so that no water leaks.
Install verticallyScrew the filter on vertically. If the filter lies horizontally with no water left in it, it dissolves faster – this shortens its life. Do not leave the shower head lying on the floor.

Will the filter fit my shower?
Yes – connecting it is very simple. The filter fits standard shower heads and mixer taps.
Are there any installation requirements?
Screw the filter on vertically. If the filter lies horizontally with no water in it, it dissolves quickly – this shortens its life.
Do not leave the shower head lying horizontally on the floor when it should hang vertically.
I connected the filter and water drips through it. What should I do?
Check that the connections are tight. If water still leaks, connect it using a rubber ring – a washer.
Where is it better to install it – on the mixer tap or under the shower head?
For longer use we recommend installing it on the mixer tap rather than under the shower head.
