Questions & answers
Frequently asked questions
Will the filter fit my shower?
Yes – connecting it is very simple. The filter fits standard shower heads and mixer taps.
How long does one filter last?
30–60 days – depending on how much water you use (for a family of up to 4 people a day, about 7,200 l of water).
I connected the filter, but it doesn’t smell the way it should?
The vitamin gel inside the shower filter may start to dissolve after a day or two, so the scent naturally spreads as you use it.
Scent intensity can vary from person to person, as everyone’s sense of smell is different.
Can it be used for babies too?
The filter is safe for people of all ages, as its main ingredients are plant extracts and the safety of all components has been tested.
However, depending on the person, the ingredients may cause an allergy – in that case, stop using the filter immediately.
